We usually dont accept refunds, once your item is ready.
If your item is not as described, or defective, you can request a refund from the contact form, or email us to info@gamerchant.com
within 7 days after arrival, original packaging, unwashed and not weared.
Shipping
We usually ship within 3 working days after payment is received, and provide you with tracking code that can be found in your account page.
delivery time, depending where you live, may vary from 2 days to 15.
